What this site is

ImmigrationAll reads the quarterly data releases published by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and presents them form by form and office by office. Every figure comes from those releases; nothing is estimated or modelled.

Nothing on this site is legal advice, and ImmigrationAll is not a law firm and employs no attorneys. Immigration outcomes turn on the facts of an individual case, and no page here knows anything about yours. What a grade describes

A grade describes how long one office's queue for one form ran during one quarter, compared with offices of the same kind. It is a description of the past. It is not a prediction about how long your case will take, it does not measure whether an office decides cases correctly, and it says nothing about how any individual will be treated.

Denial rates are shown because USCIS publishes them. No grade is built on them, for the reasons set out in the methodology.

ImmigrationAll is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to USCIS, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of State, or any other government agency. USCIS data releases are works of the United States federal government and are in the public domain.

Accuracy

Figures are reproduced as published and are only as current as the most recent release; USCIS may revise a quarter after the fact. Where the agency withheld a number to protect applicant privacy, this site shows that it was withheld rather than filling the gap. If you believe a figure here misreports the source, the source file for every page is listed on the sources page.
